本研究通过电弧定向能量沉积(WA-DED)技术成功制备了GWZ1031K合金,研究了该合金在热处理前后的力学性能以及微观组织演变。结果表明,沉积态GWZ1031K合金的平均晶粒尺寸约为11.1±5.1μm,呈现出不均匀的等轴晶组织,主要由α-Mg基体和(Mg, Zn)₃(Gd, Y)相组成。固溶处理之后,该合金主要由LPSO相和α-Mg基体构成。此时,LPSO相从晶界向晶内析出,而(Mg, Zn)₃(Gd, Y)相则溶解入α-Mg基体。经过200℃-72小时时效处理之后,晶内析出纳米级β′相,显著提升了合金强度。
